Software should remove work.
We believe the best software does at least one of three things: saves time, reduces unnecessary cost, or removes repetitive effort. The strongest systems do all three. ProdDock exists to build those systems quickly.
Most software projects don't move slowly because the code is impossible. They move slowly because the process around the code is — too many handoffs, too many meetings, too much waiting between decisions.
ProdDock is an experiment in doing the opposite: small teams, direct communication, modern tooling, AI-native execution, and an obsession with getting useful things into production.

Small on purpose.
A bigger team means more meetings, more handoffs, and more distance between the person who decided something and the person who builds it. We'd rather stay small and close to the work.
